Completed Erbitux Treatments
We had our last Erbitux treatment yesterday and will have a CT on Thursday, May 4th to see
if it has been effective. We really need everyone's prayers because I think we are getting to the end of the line as far as chemos are concerned. We have just about tried all of them without any success. We just need that divine intervention of a miracle that only God can send to us. I know it is possible if it is His Will.
Sam did manage to change the oil and filter and rotate the tires on the Tahoe this past weekend.
He absolutely refuses to let anyone but himself work on his vehicles. He supervised me while I
managed to get our sprinkler system working. I actually took the pump to the river, wired it, primed it and all 90 sprinklers popped their little heads up out of the ground. He was proud of me. He even showed me how to change out a sprinkler head when it wasn't working properly.
Eating for him is still an ordeal. He had only lost 1/2 lb. since last week so that wasn't too bad.
Hopefully we can go forward instead of backward. He is not nauseated - just hates the sight of food. Other than him feeling crappy all of the time, we are still hanging in there and he is still working everyday. I guess things could be worse. Our prayers are still with everyone and especially Kelly since she is having her surgery this week.

I am really impressed with anyone who can fix a sprinkler system. Especially when taking orders from you husband.
I got your comment on my blog - thanks a lot.
I am thinking & praying for us all, always. I can't wait to hear how Kelly is doing.
More later,
Caroline of Ouray
